Why is DualSense haptic feedback missing in Phantom Blade Zero on PC?
Connect DualSense with a data-capable USB cable, then check whether its Windows audio device is disabled. Some advanced haptic effects rely on that device; Bluetooth may also limit certain effects.
Connection and audio device
Use a cable that supports data transfer; charging alone does not demonstrate a data connection.
Check that the controller audio device is enabled in Windows Sound settings, then restart and retest.
If you do not want controller audio
Set your headset or speakers as the default output instead of disabling the controller’s audio device. Match the game’s playback-device setting to the device you use.
