What should you do when Phantom Blade Zero download or installation appears stuck?
Check whether the launcher is downloading, verifying, unpacking or installing. The latter stages use the disk, so zero network speed does not necessarily mean nothing is happening. Diagnose a failed download separately from slow disk processing.
While downloading
Check the connection, pause competing downloads and check free space on the installation drive.
Record any explicit error and whether it repeatedly fails at the same point. A launcher download failure is different from an in-game bug.
After the download
During verification, unpacking or installation, check whether the installation disk is active and let that stage finish before launching.
For a prolonged stall or repeated error, preserve the launcher screenshot, free-space figure and error, then use that platform’s file repair function.
