PHANTOM BLADE ZEROFIELD NOTES / WIKI中文

PC startup, updates & performance

How can you reduce stutter and low FPS in Phantom Blade Zero?

Confirm that the game is on an SSD and apply its recommended quality settings. Then test ray tracing off, lower resolution or a lower preset one change at a time. Distinguish consistently low FPS, shader compilation and a sudden scene-specific hitch.

Establish a comparison

  1. Apply the recommended quality level in Graphics settings and confirm the changes. Close unneeded background programs and retest the same scene.

  2. Disable ray tracing first, then adjust resolution and the overall quality preset. Reduce shadows or effects if necessary, changing one option per test.

  3. When using supported upscaling, compare image clarity and control response as well as the displayed frame rate. Frame generation is not a performance guarantee for every device.

If stutter remains after updating

  1. Record the location, versions before and after updating, controller connection and hardware. If it happens with a Bluetooth controller, compare against a data-capable USB connection.
